Hospitality Interior Design Process
Step 1:
Design brief
We’ll discuss your planned project and visit the site to visualise how we could realistically transform the space. We’ll work with you closely from the initial brief to construction to ensure we bring your vision to life.
Step 2:
Concept design
After visiting the location and discussing the brief with you, we’ll put together an initial design plan, including floorplans, furniture and 3D models of the new room.
Step 3:
Design development
After you’ve confirmed which design you’re happy with, we’ll begin to refine the interior layout. We’ll also consider any environmental, economic and construction needs to ensure the work planned is feasible.
Step 4:
Technical design
We’ll then get to work on developing a technical construction pack, detailing FF&E specifications and finish schedules.
Step 5:
Construction
The chosen contractors will then begin construction, with our team of hospitality interior design consultants working closely with them to ensure that the work carried out follows the agreed design plan.
Step 6:
Handover and closeout
When construction work has finished, we’ll visit the site and determine whether any further work is needed to ensure the space fulfils the brief. Once ourselves and the client are happy with the area, the project will come to a close.
