Concept design

Design development
We’ll start refining the interior layout and finishes, ensuring that we also consider the needs of the construction team.
Step 4:
Technical design
We’ll create a construction pack as well as finishing schedules and furniture, fixtures and equipment specifications (FF&E). This will also include details of joinery, sanitary and electrical requirements.
Step 5:
Construction
At this stage construction can begin. We’ll work closely with the contractors and FF&E suppliers to ensure that the work carried out is successfully completed, advising on any specialist subcontractors if we feel it is necessary.
Step 6:
Handover and closeout
Finally, when construction has finished, we will visit the site and determine whether any further work needs to be carried out in order to fulfil the brief. Once both ourselves and the client are happy, we will handover and the project will close.
